Made from fresh, farm-raised Taiwanese milkfish, this product is carefully simmered using a unique patented constant-temperature pressure cooker. It contains no preservatives, with only a light seasoning of salt. It can be frozen for up to a year. After thawing, it is ready to eat right out of the package, and can be enjoyed cold or heated.
